Track your
Post-Pill Cycle
A free 3-month checklist to help you start collecting your cycle's signals, so you can stop guessing and start seeing what your body is actually doing.
Created by Naomi O'Connor, Registered Dietitian and Natural Fertility Educator
The Problem
You've had a bleed. But you're not sure what's happening.
You stopped the pill expecting your body to pick up where it left off. Instead, your cycle feels unpredictable.
Maybe your period is irregular, heavier or lighter than you remember, or more painful. Maybe you have no real idea whether you're ovulating at all.
And when you're trying to conceive, not knowing is the hardest part.
The good news: your body is already giving you information. You just need a simple way to start collecting it.
What's Inside
What you'll get
-
A simple tracking setup you do once, so tracking fits into your morning without overthinking it
-
What to record each day: basal body temperature, bleeding and spotting, and cervical mucus, with clear prompts so you know exactly what to note
-
The signs to watch over 3 months, from how long your cycle runs to how you feel across it
-
Nutrition and lifestyle foundations to support your hormones while your cycle finds its rhythm
-
Clear guidance on when to get support, so you know which signs mean it's time to speak to your GP
Reassurance
You don't need to understand everything yet
Cycles can take anywhere from a few months to a year or more to settle after stopping the pill. This checklist isn't about interpreting every reading or finding answers overnight. It's about gently collecting the signals, so that when you're ready to understand them, you have a clear picture to work from.
Who it's for
-
You've come off hormonal contraception and you're trying to conceive
-
You've had at least one proper bleed since stopping
-
You want to know whether you're ovulating, but you're not sure where to start
-
You'd rather understand your body than rely on guesswork or apps alone
If your period hasn't returned since stopping the pill, this checklist isn't the right starting point. Join the list for the no period resource and I'll let you know when that resource is ready.
